Wondering what will happen if you drop your new iPhone?
Other than the people around you laughing uncontrollably while you sob?
The guys at Phone Buff figured they'd do the leg work for you to save you the hassle of finding out on your own.
(1) Dropping the phones flat on their backs is the best idea - if you're making plans to drop your new phone. It fares pretty well.
(2) Dropping them on their sides - not so much.
(3) Dropping them on their faces - probably the worst idea.
Here's the bottom line: if you're spending hundreds of dollars on a new phone, maybe you don't want to drop it.
It's hard to believe, but a guy with a knife was able to climb the fence at the White House, sprint across the North Lanw and actually get inside the building before being stopped by the Secret Service.
The folks in charge of the President's security detail are reviewing policies and procedures to figure out exactly what happened.
First step: they will no longer hire White House security personnel directly from the defensive unit of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Check out the video of the event, captured by a bystander... Looks like the security guard was just a little late moving people back.
Joseline and Steve J rolled up at the BET Hip-Hop Awards, my spies tell me. All was well. Steve J was talking some stuff, mumbling about "n***as talking s**t" but that was way in the beginning of the show. Suddenly, towards the middle, things went left. As you know Snoop was the host and he was a really funny guy. And then there were others that were presenters and they were on some funny s**t too. From what I understand, Joseline was the object of several jokes and she didn't like it. At some point, she ran out of the Civic Center's may arena in tears. She retreated to a bathroom where she was crying uncontrollably, according to witnesses. Stevie J was by her side though. At any rate, she got herself together and apparently took to pictures with police. Ain't that a bush! Anyway, nobody fully knows why she was all broken up, but that she likely let the jokes get to her.
I don't know if they returned. I heard she was looking pretty hot though.
OK, let me tell you this. Before I heard they were engaged, I heard that Shad Moss (who we still call Bow Wow for search
engine purposes) was all types of making out with his boo Erica Mena yesterday – during the awards. But, I totally ignored that, because its nothing to me. But, I heard later in the evening, Shad popped the question to his lady …. AND SHE ACCEPTED! Shad Moss is getting married to Erica Mena. And what I didn't know until , I went to Instagram is that they revealed it on social media.
Nude photos of Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Vanessa Hudgens and Gabrielle Union appear online without their consent.
Rihanna is one of the latest celebrities who has had personal nude images shared with the public as a result of an alleged hacking, according to TMZ.
"Early Sunday AM two nude pictures that appear to be RiRi were leaked onto 4chan/Reddit, one with a censored version of her breasts, the other pic showing bare ass and slight nipple," the website's report says.
Several celebrities have also had other personal nude images shared with the public through what appears to be one or several hacks. Nude images of Kim Kardashian, Gabrielle Union and Vanessa Hudgens were also leaked this weekend. These images, along with the pictures of Rihanna, also began to appear on social media services, including Twitter.
Several celebrities saw their personal nude images uploaded to the Internet without their consent earlier this month, including model Kate Upton and actress Jennifer Lawrence. Jill Scott was also a victim of the alleged hacking at the time, but she denied the legitimacy of one of the leaked images that was said to be of her. She confirmed one image, of her in robe, was authentic.
amie Foxx, 2 Chainz and DJ Mustard are reportedly being sued by J Rand over "Party Ain't A Party."
Jamie Foxx's recent release of "Party Ain't a Party" assumed the role of reintroducing Foxx to the music world. Now, problems have emerged with the track.
According to TMZ, the track featuring 2 Chainz is under fire as Nontra Records is suing Jamie Foxx, 2 Chainz and the song's producer, DJ Mustard, for creating nearly the same track that another artist, J Rand made. The lawsuit is irregular and places the blame on Mustard who the plaintiff claims sent the instrumental to J Rand's then record company, Poe Boy Music Group for J Rand's release. Rand then recorded the song on his own accord with Poe Boy subsequently possessing sole ownership in the copyright of it.
Nontra Records claimed they acquired all rights to the song after buying out Rand's contract from Poe Boys and paid for the mixing and mastering of the track. A representative from DJ Mustard's team says, "DJ Mustard did not grant any rights to a third party to exploit the recording, 'Party Ain't A Party,' and, accordingly, this claim against DJ Mustard has absolutely no merit."
The plaintiff's lawsuit demands at least $150,000 for the copyright infringement and also caries a claim of contributory copyright infringement against Fox for widely distributing the work.
Following the initial report, DJ Mustard's reps clarified their position on the matter.
"DJ Mustard did not grant any rights to a third party to exploit the recording, 'Party Ain't A Party,' and, accordingly, this claim against DJ Mustard has absolutely no merit," the rep said.
