Former NBA player, Darius Miles, was detained after he tried to carry a loaded gun onto a plane at the Lambert Airport in St. Louis yesterday. The AP reported that a gun was detected during the X-ray screening at the airport around 3pm Wednesday afternoon. He was taken to jail and released without being charged. The 6'9 St. Louis native first played for the LA Clippers back in 2000 but was later traded to play for Portland, Cleveland, and Memphis. Miles tried to make a comeback with the Bobcats in 2010 but was waived.
