“Jeopardy!” host Alex Trebek was hospitalized in Los Angeles over the weekend after suffering a mild heart attack.
The quiz show king, 71, is undergoing further testing after being admitted into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Saturday, his reps told Deadline.
He is said to be in good spirits and is expected to make a full recovery by the time he returns back to work to begin taping the new season of “Jeopardy!” next month.
Trebek, who suffered his first heart attack in 2007, made headlines last summer when he woke up to the sounds of a woman rifling through his belongings in a San Francisco hotel room. The trivia titan chased the burglar before falling and snapping his Achilles tendon.
